Terms & Conditions
- It is mandatory for all clients to provide contact details: including full name, address, telephone and email to secure your appointment.
- All clients are required to complete a medical history form at their first appointment or via email. This is a requirement to inform the practitioner of any history.
- All information shared at Arti Mohal Aesthetics is treated with confidentiality and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
- Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission/consent.
- For new patients, a fully refundable booking deposit of £25 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit can be paid using card details over the phone or online by a secure payment link.
- Please note that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice or the deposit will be lost.
- There is a £25 consultation fee which is fully refundable after the appointment.
- The consultation fee is redeemable off treatment if the treatment assessed as being suitable for you, additionally for first time treatment we offer 20% off.
- Please note your consultation fee is not refundable unless the consultation is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours or if you fail to attend your appointment.
- Please note that 48 hours of notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us manage our appointment book and offer your slot to another waiting client.
- Equally, if we need to change your booking, we ensure to give you at least 48 hours notice of this wherever possible.
- When you book an appointment with us, we commit to having the time for your appointment.
- We honour our appointments and keep up to time with our busy clinic. If we are running late, we ensure to communicate this with you in advance.
- For your first visit we ideally advise you to come 5-10 minutes early if possible, just to complete a medical history form so we can maximise your consultation discussion time with you.
- We reserve the right to request a booking deposit for our existing clients and for those who arrive late or fail to attend their previous appointments.
- Should you fail to arrive or turn up late for your appointment, there will be insufficient time remaining dedicated to you. Therefore, our appointment will need to be rescheduled. The appointment will be put as ‘Failed to Attend’ and any deposit that was paid will be lost.
- Consultation fees will be refunded up to 48 hours’ notice prior to the consultation appointment.
- We do not guarantee the results of any treatments. Arti Mohal Aesthetics will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or on treatments if the client has had an adverse reaction.
- Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; ethical advice, safe, best products, and expert treatment in experienced hands, we cannot guarantee the results and offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
- For any refunds that need to be processed, we request the same direct/credit card to be used for the original transaction (this is to guard against fraud).
- At Arti Mohal Aesthetics we strive to achieve the best results and always provide a high standard of care to our clients. We welcome and learn from our client’s feedback whether positive or negative. Our aim is to react to complaints in a manner that is professional and prompt.

- We acknowledge written complaints and respond in 10 days.
- Please be aware we may advise you to see us in person to assess and resolve any issues, so we ensure to book out enough time for this.
- A consultation payment of £25 is taken to secure the appointment as mentioned before this is fully refundable subject to 48-hour prior cancellation.
- You will be advised of the full treatment cost at your consultation including maintenance treatment costs before proceeding with any facial treatments.
- A discretionary deposit is taken prior based on the length of your appointment £25 for 20 minutes and £30 for 25 minutes.
- Payment methods accepted are cash, debit, and credit cards. (We do not accept Amex).
- We do not treat anyone under the age of 21.
- We advise not to bring any children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised due to the equipment laid out for the treatment.
- An appointment reminder will be sent via email. These are courtesy reminders.
- Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If you are unsure, please call the practice.
- Routine review appointments are offered after your treatment as a courtesy to see the difference in results before and after. No additional treatment or ‘top up’ is provided free of charge.
- New patients are seen for consultation and assessment, we do offer treatment on the first visit subject to consultation.
- Our team cannot accept any responsibility for any loss and damage to your personal belongings on premises.
- Arti Mohal Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit) or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any services and/or goods to the patient.
- It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides Arti Mohal Aesthetics with all the relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Arti Mohal Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the patient’s failure to disclose such details.
- The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them, or on behalf of Arti Mohal Aesthetics regarding their aftercare.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Arti Mohal Aesthetics’ liability for death or any personal injury resulting from negligence.
- Arti Mohal Aesthetics has the unlimited right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client.
- We reserve the right to refuse to provide treatment to clients who provide information or medical evidence relating to contra-indicatory conditions.
- You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful or in connection with any illegal, unlawful harmful or fraudulent activity or purpose.
- The terms and conditions will be government and construed in accordance with English Law
- Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
